Ljus - Measure the light in your work environment
Measure light with your mobile by using the Swedish Work Environment Authority's app Light. With the app you can measure daylight and electric light as well as flicker.
The app has nine different types of workstations entered, such as offices, workshops and storage. Poor lighting at work such as low brightness or glare affects your well-being and ability to work. This can lead to you working in incorrect working positions and that it affects your mood and makes you tired and irritated.
